Hrmis2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions binding on all users of the hrmis2 platform. Please read it carefully in full before registering or using any of the services provided. By accessing or using the hrmis2 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or accessing any part of the hrmis2 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, both of which form part of this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the hrmis2 platform.

The hrmis2 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where accessing such a platform is permitted by law. By accessing this platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. hrmis2 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that cannot verify its eligibility.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and hrmis2 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those amended terms.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to register only one account on the hrmis2 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed and any existing balances being forfeited. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. hrmis2 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately through the available customer support channels.

For added security, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication and using a strong, unique password for your hrmis2 account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including our customer support staff, who will never ask for your password at any time.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Hrmis2 platform users agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform and may result in account closure and appropriate legal action:

  • Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit the platform's systems, including the use of automation software, bots, or scripts.
  • Transferring funds through the platform for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party under any circumstances.
  • Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
  • Disrupting, interfering with, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or servers.

Hrmis2 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

4. Payments, Transactions & Currency

All transactions on the hrmis2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We accept a range of valid local payment methods, including online bank transfers, authorised e-wallets, and debit or credit cards issued by financial institutions registered in Malaysia. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform, which may be revised from time to time.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into their hrmis2 account are from legitimate sources and belong to them personally. Using another person's card or bank account without valid authorisation is prohibited and may result in account closure and further action. hrmis2 reserves the right to request source-of-funds verification documents for transactions exceeding certain limits.

Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe stated in our withdrawal policy, subject to successful identity verification and any other applicable conditions. hrmis2 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties, including banks or payment service providers.

5. Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property

Hrmis2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these terms & conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to verify identity within the stipulated timeframe, or at the request of a competent authority. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to a user's breach, any eligible balance will be returned to the user within a reasonable period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hrmis2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of betting funds, service interruptions, or technical errors. hrmis2's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the thirty days preceding the claim.

All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the hrmis2 platform are the exclusive property of hrmis2 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such materials without prior written consent from hrmis2. Any links to third-party websites that may appear on our platform do not constitute our endorsement of or responsibility for the content of those sites.

6. Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

Hrmis2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform unless otherwise stated. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version. The date of the most recent update will be displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the hrmis2 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Users hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
